On Saturday, April 8th, 2017 students enrolled in the pre-engineering programs of Olympian High School and Montgomery High School participated in 2017 Project Lead The Way (PLTW) California Chevron Challenge. This challenge is a regional competition for students enrolled in “Introduction to Engineering Design” class. Students are tasked with a design challenge. They have to follow the design process to solve the problem, create viable solutions, and create 3D models using Autodesk Inventor of their solution.

Students from both schools did very well! Olympian High School students took home 4th Place Overall.
